- Process and validate domestic and international payments accurately within agreed service levels
- Manage inward and outward payment queues and help prioritise team workloads
- Investigate and resolve payment queries and reconciliation issues
- Deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify investigate and escalate suspicious activity in line with AML and KYC requirements
About You
Bring proven banking experience strong payments knowledge and a careful approach to every transaction.
- Secondary education to A Level standard or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of payment operations banking processes and settlement systems
- Experience handling customer queries and resolving operational issues
- A keen eye for detail with strong teamwork task management and analytical skills
