The Role
Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to support successful business transformation initiatives
- Develop business cases, define requirements and identify opportunities for business improvement
- Map current and future state processes, highlighting risks, gaps and efficiencies
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct data analysis, impact assessments and options appraisals to support decision making
- Support project delivery, testing, implementation and user adoption activities
About You
You are a commercially aware and analytical professional with a passion for delivering positive change
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within life assurance or financial services
- Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience delivering business improvement and technology enabled change
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel, Visio, SQL and DevOps together with a relevant Business Analysis qualification or working towards one
