Play a key role in supporting investment operations, managing transactions and helping deliver positive outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
- Process and oversee a range of investment transactions and administrative activities accurately and within agreed service levels
- Maintain accurate investment, asset and customer records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Manage complex investment and administration queries through to resolution, liaising with fund managers, custodians and other counterparties
- Complete quality checking activities, identify potential risks and support the resolution of operational issues and exceptions
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to process improvements, training and wider team initiatives
About You
You will bring strong investment administration knowledge, a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
- Previous experience within financial services, ideally in investments, investment operations, life assurance or a similar administration environment
- Good understanding of investment administration processes and investment products including funds, equities or bonds
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex queries and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach
