Our client is seeking a number of permanent staff that possess exceptional customer service skills to work within their positions within their Customer Service Centre. Within the role you will be expected to effectively communicate with potential and existing customers using a range of communication methods with the aim of delivering a high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
The successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months banking experience within a customer focused role, be a competent user of IT systems and office software, possess strong verbal and written communication skills with experience of sharing information accurately and effectively. The ideal candidate must have excellent time management skills and be committed to working towards meeting and exceeding targets.
