- Serve as the primary point of contact for client support, prioritising excellent customer service
- Conduct daily monitoring and IT systems checks to ensure seamless operations
- Provide endpoint configuration and support for devices such as laptops and phones
- Assist end users with configuration and support needs, including passwords and permissions
- Offer advice on and facilitate procurement of hardware, software licenses, and more
