As HR Business Partner you will provide trusted advice and deliver a wide range of HR support
- Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees on all HR matters including performance management employee relations and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment absence management and employee engagement
- Support the implementation of the people plan to attract develop reward and retain talent
- Facilitate performance management processes and train managers on effective feedback techniques
- Collaborate on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions
- Ensure compliance with employment law data protection and health and safety requirements
- Deliver accurate management information to support business decision making
About You
You will be a proactive HR professional with the skills and experience to partner with managers and deliver effective people solutions.
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field advantageous
- CIPD qualification or equivalent essential
- A proven track record in a similar HR role at a comparable level
- Experience working with employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions desirable
- Strong communication coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Knowledge of HR best practice and current employment legislation
