The Role

Join our busy customer service team where no two days are the same


  • Act as the first point of contact for customers across phone and online channels

  • Support a wide range of queries including technical advice, service issues and sales enquiries

  • Promote products and services while ensuring the customer remains the priority

  • Record, investigate and resolve customer issues with efficiency and care

  • Complete orders accurately so customers receive a smooth and timely service

  • Maintain accurate customer data and assist with routine administration

  • Work to uphold regulatory, safety and data protection standards



About You

You will thrive in a role where empathy, communication and problem solving are key


  • Experience in a customer facing role with a passion for customer satisfaction

  • Excellent telephone manner, listening and communication skills

  • Ability to explain complex information clearly

  • Self motivated and accountable with strong teamwork and relationship skills

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis

  • Well organised, methodical and accurate in your work

  • Interest in current and future technology

  • Smart, professional and approachable

  • Desirable skills include technical knowledge, sales experience and quick learning ability
