Join our busy customer service team where no two days are the same
- Act as the first point of contact for customers across phone and online channels
- Support a wide range of queries including technical advice, service issues and sales enquiries
- Promote products and services while ensuring the customer remains the priority
- Record, investigate and resolve customer issues with efficiency and care
- Complete orders accurately so customers receive a smooth and timely service
- Maintain accurate customer data and assist with routine administration
- Work to uphold regulatory, safety and data protection standards
About You

- Experience in a customer facing role with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent telephone manner, listening and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly
- Self motivated and accountable with strong teamwork and relationship skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
- Well organised, methodical and accurate in your work
- Interest in current and future technology
- Smart, professional and approachable
- Desirable skills include technical knowledge, sales experience and quick learning ability
