- Identify, understand and collate customer needs, requirements and feedback
- Undertaking administration duties relating to the post sale servicing process
- Identify, understand and collate customer needs, requirements and feedback
About You
You will demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive approach to your working performance and:
- Experience of working within a Life Assurance environment would be desirable
- Previous experience within financial services particularly within a customer support team
- 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics
