Description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an International Life Assurance provider on a 6 Month contract basis.

The Role

You will be actively engaged in the maintenance process for customers as well as resolving a wide range a queries amongst other tasks. You will:


  • Identify, understand and collate customer needs, requirements and feedback

  • Undertaking administration duties relating to the post sale servicing process

  • Identify, understand and collate customer needs, requirements and feedback



About You

You will demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive approach to your working performance and:


  • Experience of working within a Life Assurance environment would be desirable

  • Previous experience within financial services particularly within a customer support team

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics
