Join a well-established Trust & Corporate Service Provider and take ownership of a portfolio of valued clients, while playing a key role in supporting and guiding the wider Administration Team



The Role

Manage client relationships and deliver high quality administration services



  • Manage a dedicated client portfolio and act as the primary point of contact

  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure all due diligence requirements are met

  • Prepare reports and submit documentation within deadlines

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues



About You

You will bring proven experience in administration within a regulated environment and the confidence to manage relationships with professionalism and accuracy



  • Significant experience in a regulated environment with relevant qualifications (STEP/CGI)

  • Solid understanding of AML CFT GDPR and related regulations

  • Collaborative team player who supports and guides others

  • Competent in using administrative systems and tools
