Description

A leading Financial Services group is recruiting in a senior leadership position, offering the opportunity to shape group-wide finance operations and strategy while driving performance across multiple business areas.

The Role

You will join the board as Group Finance and Operations Director, taking responsibility for a number of different functions, while providing leadership to experienced managers and teams




  • Managing the group Finance Department, led by an experienced Senior Manager

  • Oversee company secretarial and administrative responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function including contracts policies compliance and staff handbook

  • Take board level responsibility for IT systems integrity security and strategy

  • Oversee facilities management including contractors building compliance and office security



About You

You will be a qualified and experienced leader, with strong financial expertise and a proven track record in influencing at board level




  • Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA

  • Experience in a similar role with board level responsibility

  • Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience

  • Excellent project management planning and organisational ability

  • Ability to prioritise tasks work independently and meet deadlines

  • Clear communication skills at all levels with strong stakeholder management
