An excellent opportunity has arisen within the fiduciary and corporate services sector for a skilled professional to lead a client administration team and oversee a portfolio of complex structures while driving operational excellence



The Role

You will combine hands on client service delivery with leadership process improvement and regulatory alignment



  • Lead and manage a client administration team of six staff

  • Oversee the administration of a diverse and complex client portfolio providing technical input on structures and transactions

  • Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of new business within the team

  • Embed risk management practices into daily operations ensuring compliance with regulation policies and procedures



About You

You will be an experienced trust and corporate services professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage complex client portfolios



  • Proven experience in trust and corporate administration

  • In depth knowledge of fiduciary and trust company business

  • STEP or CGI qualification

  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive culture and performance
