Senior Client Service Manager, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An international Trust & Corporate Service Provider is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to lead a Trust and Company administration team, overseeing complex client portfolios and maintaining key relationships across ultra-high net worth clients and intermediaries

The Role

• Day to day management of a trust and company administration team


• Develop and maintain relationships with complex and ultra-high net worth clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders


• Oversee opening and closure of trust and company entities


• Monitor charge out rates, recoverability reports and debtor management


• Act as an A Authorised Signatory and Officer on client companies and internal entities


• Guide, support and develop team members

About You

• Proven trust administration experience


• Relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA


• Detailed understanding of fiduciary services and regulatory requirements


• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop a team


• Commercially aware with an understanding of client service excellence
