Description

Take on a vital role ensuring the smooth and compliant onboarding of new personal account applications within a leading offshore banking environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

Play a key part in reviewing, approving and supporting new account applications to deliver an exceptional client experience


  • Monitor and review all new personal account applications across multiple distribution channels

  • Provide training, support and checking for new starters to maintain high-quality standards

  • Sign off Standard and Medium Risk rated accounts in line with regulatory and internal requirements

  • Conduct onboarding reviews within agreed timeframes to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Review files for all client risk ratings, identifying deficiencies and following up to resolution

  • Validate source of funds and obtain relevant approvals before account opening

  • Undertake due diligence checks including adverse media, PEP and sanctions reviews

  • Prepare account opening packs for approval and verify tax classifications



About You

You will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong analytical and client onboarding experience.


  • Experience in corporate onboarding of customer accounts and client risk management

  • Ability to work to agreed timeframes while maintaining high accuracy and compliance

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving approach

  • Comfortable following procedures and adapting to change
