- Monitor analyse and maintain the health stability and security of the digital banking ecosystem
- Identify and resolve potential issues implementing preventative measures to protect system performance
- Support roadmap planning and deliver key features into the digital banking platform
- Work with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions
- Coordinate testing activities to ensure high quality delivery prior to release
- Create supporting business materials and assist with delivery coordination

- Strong background in digital technologies including software development cloud computing APIs and cyber security
- Experience working within digital banking or complex technology driven environments
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyse data and identify root causes
- Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate cross functional teams
- Clear and confident communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
