Description

A dynamic role for an experienced Product Analyst to shape and protect a modern digital banking ecosystem while delivering high impact features in a fast paced environment.

The Role

A hands on role focused on maintaining ecosystem health driving innovation and delivering critical digital banking capabilities.


  • Monitor analyse and maintain the health stability and security of the digital banking ecosystem

  • Identify and resolve potential issues implementing preventative measures to protect system performance

  • Support roadmap planning and deliver key features into the digital banking platform

  • Work with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions

  • Coordinate testing activities to ensure high quality delivery prior to release

  • Create supporting business materials and assist with delivery coordination

  • Manage third party vendor relationships and ensure seamless technology integration

  • Evaluate and select strategic partners to enhance digital capabilities

  • Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and best practice

  • Promote innovation efficiency and continuous improvement across the product ecosystem



About You

A proactive and analytical professional with a passion for digital banking innovation and ecosystem stability.


  • Strong background in digital technologies including software development cloud computing APIs and cyber security

  • Experience working within digital banking or complex technology driven environments

  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyse data and identify root causes

  • Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate cross functional teams

  • Clear and confident communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience managing third party vendors and external technology partners

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical initiatives to business goals

  • Innovative forward thinking approach with awareness of emerging technologies

  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast changing regulatory and technology landscape
