The Role

Be at the heart of accurate payroll delivery for a portfolio of clients.


  • Process payrolls efficiently and accurately

  • Communicate with clients regarding amendments reports and funds

  • Distribute payslips to clients

  • Maintain detailed and up to date payroll records

  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries

  • Prepare and submit year end returns including Benefits in Kind

  • Stay current with regulatory requirements

  • Ensure contributions are paid to Government bodies accurately and on time

  • Support wider team and business needs as required



About You

You thrive in a high pressure environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service.


  • Ideally payroll experience

  • Previous experience using payroll software

  • Highly organised and able to manage your own workload

  • Confident communicator across all levels

  • Strong attention to detail and self motivation

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Awareness of Data Protection and financial regulations

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English
