Take charge of the Project Management Office, overseeing projects, governance, and controls to ensure successful delivery across the organisation.
- Lead and manage the day to day operations of the PMO team, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Provide executive level reporting on portfolio performance and delivery outcomes
- Maintain and evolve portfolio governance frameworks to ensure consistency across projects
- Support delivery of strategic projects, driving benefits realisation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to foster project success across the business
About You
An experienced leader with a passion for driving project success, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership experience in a PMO role, with at previous experience in a senior position
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2 etc)
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Tempo, and Confluence
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in project budget and cost control
- Proficient in translating complex project data into clear, actionable insights for senior management
