Are you ready to take your banking career to the next level? We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team and help deliver sustainable business growth through customer-focused and risk-aware relationship management.

The Role

Play a key role in our Banking team, managing high-value client relationships and driving lending business across the Isle of Man, UK and international markets.


  • Manage and grow strong relationships with customers, brokers, lawyers and valuers

  • Act as the primary contact for all lending-related matters

  • Attend networking events and host targeted client hospitality functions

  • Support the Head of Banking in developing business plans and marketing content

  • Assist in business development and site review trips in the IOM, UK, and overseas

  • Produce AML/CFT/PF and credit risk assessments in collaboration with Risk and Compliance teams

  • Provide oversight of lending administration and ensure legal and regulatory compliance

  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies across the banking team



About You

You are a seasoned relationship manager with solid lending experience and a passion for delivering excellent service and business results.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant banking or financial services experience

  • Strong knowledge of banking products, lending, and technical banking operations

  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, risk-based approach

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills

  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and regulatory compliance

  • Able to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively under pressure

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Minimum O level/GCSE (or equivalent) with passes in Mathematics and English

  • A relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential
