Looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? We are on the hunt for a proactive individual to join a dynamic team as a Travel Coordinator & Administrative Support.

The Role
Get ready to take charge of travel logistics and provide invaluable office support across the business

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, visas, transfers and accommodation

  • Manage invoicing processes and navigate complex ticket fare rules

  • Stay up to date on travel regulations and update client files accordingly

  • Offer after-hours travel support when needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic travel documentation

  • Support colleagues across locations with travel arrangements

  • Provide admin assistance across departments as required

  • Help organise conferences including logistics, agendas and quotes


About You
Bring your organisational flair and calm under pressure to this varied and rewarding role

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Previous office experience and confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong multitasker who thrives on meeting deadlines

  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail

  • Team player who is also happy working independently

  • Adaptable and proactive with a friendly professional attitude

  • Experience in a travel booking role is a plus but not essential

  • Openness to further learning and professional development
