The Role
Play a key part in the smooth operation and administration of client entities

  • Support board activities including agendas, minutes and resolutions

  • Assist with AML compliance, transactional monitoring and client risk reviews

  • Manage and review third-party contracts and documentation

  • Help with the organisation and maintenance of statutory and due diligence packs

  • Ensure data accuracy in client databases including Viewpoint

  • Input and process client payments across multiple platforms

  • Handle statutory filings such as Forms 1, 9N, annual returns and AGM documents

  • Assist with social media profile and presence



About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for high standards

  • Proven company administration experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to service excellence

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, flexible and logical thinker

  • Confident working independently and within a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Experience with Viewpoint and knowledge of the egaming sector is a plus

  • STEP qualification or working towards one would be desirable
