Ready to elevate your trust and company administration career with a highly respected name in the financial services industry? Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator or Senior Administrator to join their team and help deliver exceptional service to an international client base.

The Role

Take ownership of a varied and complex portfolio in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


  • Manage a portfolio of trusts, companies and related structures with accuracy and care

  • Act as the key contact for clients, responding professionally to enquiries and requests

  • Maintain meticulous records including minutes, resolutions and official documentation

  • Assist with client onboarding, including due diligence checks and document handling

  • Coordinate with legal, banking and investment service providers

  • Keep up to date with legal and regulatory changes and advise accordingly

  • Support and mentor junior team members



About You

We are looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented who brings professionalism and insight to their work


  • Previous experience in trust and company administration within financial services

  • Ideally holds or is working towards ICSA or STEP or similar professional qualification

  • Strong grasp of trust and corporate law, regulations and compliance obligations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Committed to confidentiality and data protection requirements

  • A collaborative team player with a professional approach
