- Design, deploy and maintain IT systems including hardware, software and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues across the business
- Travel to different office locations as required
About You
You will be an experienced problem-solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys supporting others.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server - 2016 and above and Active Directory
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including admin centre, Exchange Online and Intune
- Solid networking knowledge including vLANs, routing and switches
- Basic scripting and automation skills using PowerShell
- Excellent analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
