The Role

Lead from the front and deliver outstanding trustee and pension administration services.


  • Build and maintain a complex portfolio of high value clients across pensions companies and associated structures

  • Arrange client meetings and act as the main point of contact to support long-term relationships

  • Ensure efficient administration including timely billing and debtor management

  • Drive strategy aligned to divisional KPIs and business plans

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through client and introducer engagement

  • Coach and mentor Managers and Assistant Managers within the team as it expands

A confident leader with proven experience in client services and a passion for developing strong professional relationships.


  • In-depth pensions and trust knowledge

  • Strong client service delivery skills with a high standard of care
