- Build and maintain a complex portfolio of high value clients across pensions companies and associated structures
- Arrange client meetings and act as the main point of contact to support long-term relationships
- Ensure efficient administration including timely billing and debtor management
- Drive strategy aligned to divisional KPIs and business plans
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client and introducer engagement
- Coach and mentor Managers and Assistant Managers within the team as it expands
