Play a vital part in boosting operational efficiency and upgrading payment platforms
- Work across Finance, IT and regional teams to streamline manual payment processes
- Assess regional payment opportunities and advise on strategic and compliant improvements
- Lead business analysis for the Accurate system upgrade
- Document as-is and to-be processes along with user stories and requirements
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to shape solution outcomes
- Support UAT, training sessions and change management activities
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements
- Communicate progress to project managers and senior stakeholders
About You
You'll bring a sharp analytical mind and sector know-how to deliver change that matters
- Experienced Business Analyst with a strong grasp of finance, payments and reconciliations
- Background in life assurance, banking or investments
- Experience with Worldline and Accurate is a plus
- Proven track record in documenting business processes and eliciting requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
