Compliance Officer, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

A leading provider of bespoke asset management solutions is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join its busy Isle of Man team, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing firm known for regulatory excellence and client service across aviation, marine and high-value assets

The Role
A hands-on compliance role supporting AML CFT controls, monitoring and regulatory obligations

• Work closely with the Head of Compliance to support internal monitoring and policy review


• Develop and maintain compliance policies and AML CFT frameworks


• Conduct monitoring reviews and support client onboarding including CDD and risk assessments


• Collate and submit regulatory filings and prepare reports for the Board and regulators


• Monitor legal and regulatory updates and maintain accurate compliance records


• Support the MLRO DMLRO in investigations and contribute to staff training and awareness


• Assist with internal and external audits and inspections


• Undertake general compliance-related and administrative duties as required

About You
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organised with strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills

• Previous experience in a compliance role within the TCSP or a relevant sector


• Holding or working towards a relevant compliance qualification such as ICA Certificate or Diploma


• Strong knowledge of Isle of Man AML CFT regulations and the local regulatory environment


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication


• Ability to meet multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
• Desirable experience with NavOne and Laserfiche


• Familiarity with FATCA CRS and data protection principles


• Exposure to onboarding processes and advantage of a second language
