- Review and analyse large volumes of digital documents for relevance, responsiveness, and confidentiality
- Run keyword searches and apply filters using document review platforms
- Flag and annotate crucial documents for the legal team
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of reviewed content
- Ensure precision and consistency across all classifications
- Work closely with litigation support and internal legal teams
- Follow strict data protection and confidentiality procedures
About You
You'll bring legal-tech know-how, forensic attention to detail and a calm head under pressure
- Proven experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or document review
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Exchange / M365 / Exchange Hybrid environments
- Hands-on experience with Powershell and Windows Server 2022
- Familiarity with platforms like Relativity
- Meticulous organisational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of legal processes and confidentiality protocols
- Excellent communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Rubrik backup and Nutanix is a plus
