The Role

Supporting smooth business operations through essential administration tasks.


  • Handle general administrative duties including filing scanning and photocopying

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Use Microsoft Office tools such as email calendar Excel and Word

  • Plan and organise tasks efficiently

  • Work well independently and as part of a team

  • Manage internal and external administration matters with professionalism

  • Understand the purpose and function of companies and trusts

  • Maintain accurate client records using systems like Viewpoint

  • Conduct annual reviews of client structures

  • Communicate confidently with clients advisers and intermediaries

  • Comply with relevant regulations and internal company policies



About You

Whether you're starting out or bringing experience you'll be proactive organised and eager to contribute.


  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred

  • Experience in a TCSP environment is a strong advantage for experienced candidates

  • Familiarity with Viewpoint or similar client database systems desirable

  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of trust and company structures is a plus
