Description

We are looking for a detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join a fast-paced team and play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient payroll services for a wide range of clients.

The Role

Take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing and client account management.


  • Prepare and process client timesheets, invoices and expenses

  • Allocate funds received from agencies to individual client accounts

  • Manage client payroll ensuring accurate application of deductions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

  • Submit pension files to providers regularly

  • Respond to payroll-related queries within agreed service levels



About You

This role suits a confident, self-motivated individual with a strong grasp of UK payroll operations and tax regulations.


  • Previous experience in contractor payroll

  • Solid understanding of statutory deductions and pension contributions

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong numerical, organisational and time management abilities

  • Excellent communication skills across phone and email

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads independently

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
