- Prepare and process client timesheets, invoices and expenses
- Allocate funds received from agencies to individual client accounts
- Manage client payroll ensuring accurate application of deductions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Submit pension files to providers regularly
- Respond to payroll-related queries within agreed service levels
About You

- Previous experience in contractor payroll
- Solid understanding of statutory deductions and pension contributions
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong numerical, organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills across phone and email
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads independently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
