Looking for a detail-driven role in a fast-paced environment where your accuracy and proactive attitude make a real difference.

The Role

Play a vital role in supporting investment operations and delivering exceptional service to customers.


  • Execute dealing instructions accurately in line with service standards and governance regulations

  • Manage complex queries and ensure timely, high-quality responses

  • Raise and place trades in line with client instructions and market guidelines

  • Maintain true and accurate policy cash account records

  • Support team leads and assist in maintaining overall service levels

  • Rotate into other teams as needed to ensure seamless operations

  • Provide product information and handle complex customer requests

  • Investigate and resolve complaints, ensuring appropriate documentation

  • Communicate effectively using the most suitable method for each situation

  • Drive continuous improvement in department processes and procedures

  • Represent the team in ad hoc projects and liaise with other business areas



About You

You are organised, analytical and ready to make an impact in a technical operations role.


  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy standards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service focus

  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident with MS Office at an intermediate level

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (grades A* to C / 9 to 4) including Maths and English

  • Introduction to Securities qualification desirable but not essential
