Support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic compliance and statutory department
- Assist with client due diligence assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Prepare and review customer risk assessments
- Carry out sanctions, PEP and transaction screening
- Support compliance monitoring reviews and maintain regulatory registers
- Help review internal policies, procedures and manuals
- Assist with company incorporations, dissolutions and Companies Registry filings
- Maintain accurate statutory records for client entities
- Support data collection for regulatory reporting
About You
You will be organised, detail-focused and thrive on working to high standards in a collaborative team.
- Good knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and the Rule Book
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience in a similar compliance and statutory role
- Basic knowledge of GDPR and how to handle sensitive information
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ideally working towards or holding a relevant compliance qualification
