Join our Paragon Team as a Recruitment Coordinator on a Full-Time Temporary Contract.

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a full-time temporary basis to support our busy recruitment operations.

As first point of contact, you are the face and voice behind our business, and will relish the opportunity to support our clients with outstanding service levels whilst putting people at ease and facilitating an exceptional candidate journey.

The Role

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting consultants with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process

  • Drafting and posting engaging job advertisements

  • Social channel support across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

  • Managing CVs, applications and candidate records with meticulous attention to detail

  • Arranging interviews and liaising with clients

  • Assisting with compliance and onboarding documentation

  • Handling general office duties to keep us running seamlessly



About You

We would love to hear from you if you are:

  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities

  • An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly including AI integration

  • Detail-oriented and thorough in your work

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Previous experience in recruitment and/or HR administration, or able to demonstrate transferable skills
