The Role

Join a trusted compliance team where every detail matters and your insight will help drive risk-aware decision-making

• Provide general support on regulatory compliance matters


• Maintain and update regulatory registers


• Support the compliance monitoring programme including reporting and delivery


• Manage regulatory and professional correspondence notifications and annual returns


• Deliver risk-based due diligence on new and existing clients


• Review screening hits referred to the Compliance Team


• Monitor and apply updates on international sanctions measures


• Administer the KYC360 system and maintain jurisdictional risk lists


• Stay up to date on AML/CFT legislation and developments


• Assist in drafting and updating Compliance Manuals and related policies


• Support AML/CFT and regulatory training initiatives


• Complete annual Data Protection renewals


• Gather data for external banking reviews


• Maintain the risk management framework


• Assist in regulatory change initiatives and wider projects


• Undertake additional support duties as required

About You

You are a detail-oriented collaborative and always seeking to improve in a dynamic regulatory environment.

• Compliance Certificate or Diploma desirable but not essential


• Experience with the Financial Services Rule Book and AML/CFT Code advantageous


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Familiarity with CCH Laserfiche and ViewPoint is an advantage


• Strong sense of accountability and communication
