Description

Step into a key role in the Payments Team and help manage smooth financial transactions in a fast paced environment on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and support financial operations across the business.


  • Process a wide range of company payments and expenses with a focus on accuracy and control

  • Ensure timely and efficient posting of money in and out of bank accounts

  • Handle payment related queries from internal teams, external customers and banking partners

  • Process daily invoices ensuring adherence to service standards and Group Expense Policy

  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, business partners and internal stakeholders



About You

Bring your experience and attention to detail to support our high performing payments function.


  • Previous experience in financial services ideally within a payments processing role

  • Strong understanding of international banking systems

  • Experience using accounts payable and accounting systems

  • Solid grasp of payments team processes and procedures

  • Excellent attention to detail particularly when working with figures

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and suppliers

  • Organised problem solver who works well under pressure

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
