- Handle inbound client and adviser queries by phone and in writing with professionalism and care
- Take ownership of queries through to resolution ensuring a positive experience
- Accurately complete a range of administrative tasks and maintain up-to-date records
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
- Support and enhance communication processes across the department
- Follow up on pended work to ensure queries are resolved within expected timeframes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and customer experience
- Help implement and share best practice across the wider Client Services function
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity
About You
You are a confident communicator fluent in Spanish and passionate about customer service.
- Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken
- Experience in a customer service or administration role ideally in financial services
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Positive team player who contributes to shared goals
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Comfortable using technology and systems to manage work and client records
