The Role

Be a key point of contact for clients and advisers across international markets.


  • Handle inbound client and adviser queries by phone and in writing with professionalism and care

  • Take ownership of queries through to resolution ensuring a positive experience

  • Accurately complete a range of administrative tasks and maintain up-to-date records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues

  • Support and enhance communication processes across the department

  • Follow up on pended work to ensure queries are resolved within expected timeframes

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and customer experience

  • Help implement and share best practice across the wider Client Services function

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity



About You

You are a confident communicator fluent in Spanish and passionate about customer service.


  • Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken

  • Experience in a customer service or administration role ideally in financial services

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Positive team player who contributes to shared goals

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Proactive problem solver with a commitment to service excellence

  • Comfortable using technology and systems to manage work and client records
