- Process withdrawal requests for offshore bonds within agreed service levels
- Resolve a wide range of customer and adviser queries across both IOM and Dublin offices
- Ensure risk based decision making to protect both customer and business interests
- Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and continuously enhance service delivery
- Achieve quality and productivity targets consistently
- Identify and implement improvements to claims processes

- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong problem solving abilities with a risk aware mindset
- Previous experience with claims or payments processes
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Organised, logical and detail focused
- Keen to develop a career in a customer centric environment
- Experience in a life assurance setting is an advantage
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade 9 to 4 including English and Maths or equivalent
