Description

Step into a specialist claims role on a contract basis (6 months) where your attention to detail and customer-first mindset will shape positive outcomes for clients at crucial moments.

The Role

Play a vital part in delivering secure and efficient claims services.


  • Process withdrawal requests for offshore bonds within agreed service levels

  • Resolve a wide range of customer and adviser queries across both IOM and Dublin offices

  • Ensure risk based decision making to protect both customer and business interests

  • Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and continuously enhance service delivery

  • Achieve quality and productivity targets consistently

  • Identify and implement improvements to claims processes



About You

Bring a methodical approach and claims knowledge to a collaborative customer focused environment.


  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

  • Strong problem solving abilities with a risk aware mindset

  • Previous experience with claims or payments processes

  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently

  • Organised, logical and detail focused

  • Keen to develop a career in a customer centric environment

  • Experience in a life assurance setting is an advantage

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade 9 to 4 including English and Maths or equivalent
