- Proven experience leading small teams in an IT operations or service environment
- Strong knowledge of IT technology and CRM platforms
- Experience with MacOS, iOS, Android and Microsoft integrations
- Demonstrable procurement, stock control and workflow improvement skills
- Experience managing and improving processes
- Ability to coach, mentor and inspire others
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
