The Role

As HR Business Partner you will provide trusted advice and deliver a wide range of HR support


  • Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees on all HR matters including performance management employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Oversee HR operations including recruitment absence management and employee engagement

  • Support the implementation of the people plan to attract develop reward and retain talent

  • Facilitate performance management processes and train managers on effective feedback techniques

  • Collaborate on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions

  • Ensure compliance with employment law data protection and health and safety requirements

  • Deliver accurate management information to support business decision making



About You

You will be a proactive HR professional with the skills and experience to partner with managers and deliver effective people solutions.


  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field advantageous

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent essential

  • A proven track record in a similar HR role at a comparable level

  • Experience working with employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions desirable

  • Strong communication coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Knowledge of HR best practice and current employment legislation
