You will support the delivery of a robust compliance framework and contribute to fostering a positive culture of compliance
- Assist with the development and execution of the annual compliance monitoring plan
- Conduct thematic reviews, spot checks and risk-based sampling of client files and monitoring activities
- Validate the effectiveness of internal controls and remediation efforts
- Track and report progress against the compliance monitoring plan to senior management
- Produce structured written reports with actionable findings and analysis
- Provide real-time guidance to teams to support regulatory understanding and adherence
- Promote transparency, accountability, and professional integrity across the business
About You
You will bring expertise in compliance and risk management with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in compliance risk or internal audit within a regulated financial services firm
- Sound knowledge of Isle of Man regulatory obligations
- Experience of file review and compliance monitoring methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- A relevant professional qualification
- Desirable experience in assurance frameworks and financial crime prevention reviews
