An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving large scale digital transformation within a dynamic financial services environment

The Role

You will lead the delivery of complex technology programmes across multiple work streams


  • Coordinate and manage digital transformation initiatives across Web Mobile CRM and Core Banking systems

  • Establish governance frameworks to align with strategic objectives
  • Drive collaboration between technology business compliance and operations teams

  • Manage dependencies risks budgets and resource allocation across programmes

  • Implement and optimise programme management methodologies and best practice

  • Provide senior leadership with regular updates risk assessments and milestone reporting

  • Ensure all delivery maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls



About You

You will be a proven programme leader with the expertise and resilience to deliver in a regulated and fast paced environment


  • Track record of managing transformation programmes within banking or fintech

  • Strong experience coordinating multi work stream initiatives involving digital platforms CRM and Core Banking

  • Deep knowledge of programme management methodologies such as PMI MSP or SAFe

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
  • Ability to influence at all levels and manage diverse stakeholder groups

  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools MS Project and the MS0365 suite

  • Solid understanding of financial services technology architecture and regulatory frameworks

  • Relevant programme management certifications such as Prince2 PMP or MSP are advantageous
