The Role
Manage client relationships and deliver high quality administration services
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio and act as the primary point of contact
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure all due diligence requirements are met
- Prepare reports and submit documentation within deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues
About You
You will bring proven experience in administration within a regulated environment and the confidence to manage relationships with professionalism and accuracy
- Significant experience in a regulated environment with relevant qualifications (STEP/CGI)
- Solid understanding of AML CFT GDPR and related regulations
- Collaborative team player who supports and guides others
- Competent in using administrative systems and tools
