You will join the board as Group Finance and Operations Director, taking responsibility for a number of different functions, while providing leadership to experienced managers and teams
- Managing the group Finance Department, led by an experienced Senior Manager
- Oversee company secretarial and administrative responsibilities
- Lead the HR function including contracts policies compliance and staff handbook
- Take board level responsibility for IT systems integrity security and strategy
- Oversee facilities management including contractors building compliance and office security
About You
You will be a qualified and experienced leader, with strong financial expertise and a proven track record in influencing at board level
- Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA
- Experience in a similar role with board level responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent project management planning and organisational ability
- Ability to prioritise tasks work independently and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills at all levels with strong stakeholder management
