Administrator / Receptionist

An exciting opportunity to join a respected professional body in a front-facing administrative role supporting the smooth daily operation of its office and providing exceptional service to members and visitors alike

The Role

This varied role combines front-of-house duties with administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the organisation and its activities


  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, calls and correspondence

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment

  • Assist in the production and circulation of newsletters and updates to members

  • Maintain accurate membership records across all systems and platforms

  • Organise and prepare meeting rooms and assist with event logistics



About You

You will be a confident and organised professional with excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for providing high quality administrative support


  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative

  • Friendly, approachable and positive attitude

  • Experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems

  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment advantageous



The Reward


  • Full time office-based role Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
