- Manage a range of inbound client and adviser queries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Take ownership of queries from receipt through to resolution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow up actions
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex matters
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing
- Support updates to team and departmental procedures
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to administrative policies
About You
A customer focused and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Confident handling external calls and emails with clients and advisers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and team focus
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast paced environment
- Competent in Microsoft Word Outlook SharePoint and Excel
- Experience in Life Assurance or financial services is desirable
- Inquisitive nature with attention to detail and awareness of KYC and CDD
