The Role

An exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and collaborative Client Services team.


  • Manage a range of inbound client and adviser queries via phone and email

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Take ownership of queries from receipt through to resolution

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow up actions

  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex matters

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing

  • Support updates to team and departmental procedures

  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to administrative policies



About You

A customer focused and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills.


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Confident handling external calls and emails with clients and advisers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and team focus

  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast paced environment

  • Competent in Microsoft Word Outlook SharePoint and Excel

  • Experience in Life Assurance or financial services is desirable

  • Inquisitive nature with attention to detail and awareness of KYC and CDD
