Corporate Actions Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Join our dedicated Corporate Actions team based in the Isle of Man and play a key role in ensuring clients and advisers are kept informed and empowered to make the right decisions about their assets.

The Role

Take ownership of a range of responsibilities to ensure corporate actions are reflected accurately and efficiently across a large and diverse book of business.

• Process customer service requests in line with local procedures and guidelines


• Liaise with fund houses and other parties to obtain required documentation and information


• Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex queries


• Check and review work to ensure quality and compliance with customer expectations


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery


• Maintain accurate and up to date statistics and records


• Undertake investigations and root cause analysis to resolve issues


• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders including policyholders advisers and fund managers


• Support a culture of high performance accountability and collaboration within the team

About You

You will be a motivated and detail focused individual with a strong background in finance and a passion for delivering excellent service.

• Previous experience in a finance role


• Experience in investments or corporate actions


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


• CISI or CII qualifications are desirable


• Ability to understand complex information and communicate it clearly


• Collaborative team player with strong problem solving skills
