- Engage with customers and advisers via calls and emails across a variety of products and processes
 - Resolve a wide range of queries
 - Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey
 - Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement
 - Collaborate with peers across departments to deliver consistent customer experiences
 
About You
You will be a confident and empathetic communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience handling external telephone calls with clients and advisers
 - Previous experience in life assurance or a similar customer service environment
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills
 - Positive and adaptable attitude with enthusiasm for learning and change
 - Collaborative team player who can also work independently
 - Logical and organised approach to problem solving
 - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
 - Minimum five GCSEs grade 9 to 4 or equivalent including English and Maths
