The Role

Play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by resolving queries and building positive relationships across all customer touchpoints.


  • Engage with customers and advisers via calls and emails across a variety of products and processes

  • Resolve a wide range of queries

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey

  • Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with peers across departments to deliver consistent customer experiences



About You

You will be a confident and empathetic communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a proactive approach to problem solving.


  • Experience handling external telephone calls with clients and advisers

  • Previous experience in life assurance or a similar customer service environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Positive and adaptable attitude with enthusiasm for learning and change

  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently

  • Logical and organised approach to problem solving

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes

  • Minimum five GCSEs grade 9 to 4 or equivalent including English and Maths
