- Support the submission of regulatory returns for Group Companies
- Maintain internal governance papers and registers
- Undertake compliance assurance reviews
- Review and respond to regulatory consultations
- Monitor and interpret regulation
- Prepare Board and Committee reports
- Provide regulatory compliance advice and support to key strategic projects
About You
You will be a detail focused professional with a strong understanding of financial services regulation and a proactive approach to compliance.
- Relevant industry qualification such as ICA International Diploma or equivalent
- Good understanding of the markets in which the business operates and the associated regulatory requirements
- Ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Strong commercial insight and business understanding
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work independently to tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
