Play a key role in delivering high quality corporate legal services to a diverse client base.
- Manage your own client files and provide well judged timely advice
- Work on a wide range of corporate matters including banking and finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets
- Collaborate with an experienced corporate team on high value client work
- Undertake business development and marketing initiatives to enhance team and firm profile
- Participate in mentoring, internal initiatives and social and charitable events
About You
We are looking for a proactive and precise legal professional ready to contribute from day one.
- Qualified solicitor with 2 to 3 PQE or more
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented and results driven with a desire to develop new skills
- Experience in aircraft, shipping or trust law advantageous
