A leading wealth management organisation, are looking for an accomplished team leader ready to elevate a customer service function and inspire a first class experience for every customer


The Role
Lead a high performing customer service team and driving service excellence

  • Recruit lead and motivate a customer service team across single or multiple product lines ensuring service levels and quality standards are achieved within budget

  • Communicate with confidence to ensure the team understands shared goals and their role within the wider customer service structure

  • Champion a customer centred approach in line with company values

  • Develop team capability through coaching mentoring and structured development

  • Maintain a culture of professionalism ensuring full compliance with legislative and company requirements
  • Manage resource levels to respond effectively to fluctuating demand

  • Support process improvements in partnership with the performance and oversight function

  • Build strong collaborative relationships across teams and business areas

  • Resolve complex issues and complaints in line with regulatory procedures

  • Ensure controls are followed and risk events recorded accurately



About You

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership ability and a commitment to exceptional customer service

  • Knowledge of insurance products policy conditions and regulatory requirements

  • Experience managing high volume customer service teams in a regulated environment

  • Strong people management coaching and communication skills

  • Excellent organisational abilities with the capability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Confidence in handling complaints and making informed commercial decisions

  • Experience contributing to project or change initiatives
