Join a specialist team focused on safeguarding asset quality and regulatory compliance across a diverse investment environment.

The Role

A varied and responsible role ensuring assets meet governance and regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.


  • Review new and existing assets to ensure they meet defined acceptability criteria

  • Check and sign off asset reviews completed by other team members

  • Respond to internal and external queries relating to asset matters

  • Conduct weekly and monthly audits to ensure ongoing policy and regulatory compliance

  • Maintain and update accurate asset information within the Master Data Warehouse



About You

You are a detail focused professional with a strong understanding of investments and asset governance.


  • Proven experience in an investment related role

  • Previous experience within a Life Assurance environment

  • Knowledge of investments pensions insurance products and relevant legislation and regulation

  • CISI Introduction to Securities and Investments Certificate or similar qualification is desirable

  • Strong research analytical and numeracy skills

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong communication planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
